D-Pryde. Unsigned Artist of the Week

Our Unsigned Hype this week in the New Year is D-Pryde. Hailing from Ontario, Canada , this 15 year old rapper of Spanish and Filipino decent reps hard for his city and and even harder for his generation.

Not to be compared to former MCs under 18 like Bow Wow and Lil' Romeo, who are known more for their looks than their lyrics, he gives an amazing and witty lyrical performance in wide range of topics. His wit, humor and range also translate into music videos and comedic videos on his NHB Films Channel on Youtube.

My favorites from currently are "Still Fly" and "Heart of the City"

Roscoe. Unsigned Artist of the Week.

For this week's unsigned artist week travel back to Pittsburgh with rapper Roscoe Wiki . Not only is he talented with his rhymes but he also produces his own tracks.

My favorites from him so far are "I wanna be a Rapstar" and "Space Love"

With a futuristic sound and lyrics that actually mean something more than your everyday Rap song. He proves that he is much more than just unsigned hype.

Traphik. Unsigned Artist of the Week

For this week Unsigned Artist of the week, we travel to the West with Asian rapper Traphik from Long Beach. With his sick delivery, unquestionable swag and growing fan base on Youtube and Myspace.

My Favorites from him so far are his "Swagger Like Us Remix" and Everybody Else feat. T-Pain.

With his third mixtape "Rush Hour" dropping soon and his stardom on Youtube, he wont be a unsigned artist for long.

Ema. Unsigned Artist of the Week!

So because I am constantly listening to a stream of unknown artists I figure why not give them a little face time here.

This artist is my inspiration for this. His name is Ema the Kid

With a soulful sound and impressive lyrical abilities, he quickly impressed me. Definitely not just another rapper thats for sure.

So far my favorite songs from him are Be That Star and Angel.
